Who are the seeded teams?
The following are the top four seeded teams for the 2024 World Cup of Darts, each getting a bye to the second round:
England: Huge favourites for the tournament, this team includes Luke Humphries and Michael Smith. England's team has the current PDC ranked No. 1 player in Humphries. Smith has been in strong form in recent years, he won The Grand Slam of Darts in 2022, which was his first major title. In 2023 he won the World Darts Championship.
Wales: Wales has a very strong pairing in Gerwyn Price and Jonny Clayton. These are two of the strongest darts players and they pose a serious threat. Pryce with 11 titles under his belt since 2017 and Clayton with 7, you can’t really argue the quality they share between them.
Netherlands: The Dutch team includes a modern darts legend in Michael van Gerwen. Partnered with him is Danny Noppert, who may not always be the most consistent player. The jury is out on how the Netherlands will perform this year.
Scotland: A sport Scots can be proud of, they have two excellent darts veterans representing them, Peter Wright and Gary Anderson. Both players can be extremely dangerous and they are also firm fan favourites. Will Scotland bring some silverware home this summer?
Each of the seeded teams will enter the competition during the second round.
When does the World Cup of Darts start?
The tournament starts on 27th June at 18:00. The event will start with the group stage games.
When will the final be?

Where can I watch the tournament?
You will be able to watch the matches on Sky Sports, there isn’t currently a schedule for which group games will be shown however we would expect all knockouts to be televised.
